Instructions: If you have just completed Exercise 2, it is a good idea to pause for a moment now before proceeding to this
Print this exercise out before you begin. Read each statement below and place a check mark in the box that most closely agrees with how you feel right now. Look back at this exercise again later in The Path to Meaningful Work to see if your feelings have changed or become stronger. 1. I have come to realize that I want my work to have more meaning.
2. I believe IT IS POSSIBLE for me to find greater meaning in my work.
3. I am willing to make a contract with myself to follow through on the steps to finding meaningful work.
4. Intuition and rational thinking will both play a role in my planning and decision making as I seek greater meaning in my work .

12. People with clear goals are more likely to find meaning in their work.
13. Any big challenge goes more smoothly when you can break it down into small steps.
